NZSuperpass is a flexible lift pass that gets loaded onto NZSki's mypass card. When you arrive in resort, collect your mypass card from any of the following locations: the Snow Centre in Queenstown, the Mt Hutt Snow Desk in Methven or on-mountain at Coronet Peak, Mt Hutt or The Remarkables Guest Services.
Use your mypass card loaded with your NZSuperpasses to ski /ride at Coronet Peak, Mt Hutt or The Remarkables. One NZSuperpass will be deducted from your mypass card each day that it's scanned by the gates at the base of the chairlifts.
If you choose to use your NZSuperpass at one of the other ski areas on the NZSuperpass program, present your mypass card at the ski area's ticket office. They will deduct one NZSuperpass and exchange it for their own day lift pass.
If you choose to use your NZSuperpass off-mountain, many of the operators in the NZSuperpass program can deduct an NZSuperpass directly from your mypass card; others will require you to exchange a paper voucher instead. For a full list of operators and who accept mypass or vouchers visit www.nzsuperpass.com or grab the NZSuperpass brochure from Guest Services at Coronet Peak, Mt Hutt or The Remarkables, from the Snow Centre in Queenstown or at the Mt Hutt Snow Desk in Methven.
To collect NZSuperpass vouchers to use at off-mountain operators that do not accept a mypass card visit Guest Services on-mountain, the Snow Centre in Queenstown or the Mt Hutt Snow Desk in Methven.
Complete the 'Your Details' section of the NZSuperpass voucher holder.
Present the voucher holder with attached vouchers to your chosen operator. You will be required to counter-sign a voucher in front of them. The operator will check the signature matches the holder, keep the signed voucher and issue the credit.
In addition to the NZSuperpass credit, you may need to pay any remaining value on the activity or product directly to the operator. The operator will advise you of any outstanding balance payable.
Bookings and enquiries are to be made directly with the operator booking offices.
